Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the organization and cleanliness of carts, ensuring they are readily available for guest use.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when necessary.
- Assist in events management by setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed.
- Provide guest services by answering questions and addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise.
- Engage with children in a friendly manner, ensuring their safety and enjoyment during their visit.
- Utilize public speaking skills to make announcements or provide information during events.
- Collaborate with team members in food service or hospitality settings to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while working in fast-paced environments such as resorts or theaters.
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is preferred.
- Experience in events management or conflict management will be beneficial.
