*Job Summary* Join our vibrant team as a Golf Course Attendant and become the welcoming face of our premier golf destination! In this energetic role, you will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests by maintaining the course, assisting with guest services, and supporting event operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for visitors of all ages and backgrounds, fostering a lively, friendly atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine outdoor activity, customer interaction, and event support in a dynamic resort setting. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit * Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the golf course, including greens, fairways, and surrounding areas * Assist with organizing and managing golf events, tournaments, and group outings * Handle guest inquiries professionally, offering information about course features, amenities, and upcoming events * Support food service operations by serving refreshments or assisting in snack bar areas when needed * Manage cash handling duties accurately during retail sales or event transactions * Enforce course rules and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for all visitors * Support lifeguard responsibilities if applicable, ensuring guest safety around water features or resort pools *Skills* * Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills * Experience in events management or coordinating group activities * Ability to handle conflicts professionally and resolve guest concerns promptly * Working knowledge of cash handling procedures with attention to accuracy * Lifeguard experience or certification is a plus for water safety responsibilities * Comfortable working with children during family-friendly events or activities * Public speaking skills to assist in announcements or guiding groups during events * Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments preferred * Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Golf Course Attendant and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
