About the role:
- Customer Service & Sales: Greet golfers, take food/beverage orders through service windows or over the phone, and operate the POS system to process payments (cash/credit) accurately.
- Food & Beverage Service: Prepare, serve, and restock food, snacks, coffee, and alcohol, ensuring compliance with local alcohol serving regulations and house rules and recipes.
- Maintenance & Sanitation: Clean the dining area, tables, and equipment, and ensure beverage coolers are fully stocked and clean.
- Food preparation: Follow house recipes to make menu items such as breakfast sandwiches and burritos, burgers, salads, and more.
- Operational Support: Leave the cafe better than I found it, fill coolers, check stock, and report any lows or issues to manager on duty.
- Communication: Coordinate with other staff, inform golfers about menu items, keep up to date on playing time and delays through pro shop.
