*Overview* Support daily golf operations at the club. Assists with Pro Shop activities and coordinating golf-related services to enhance the member and guest experience. This role requires exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for all members and Guests. *Experience Required* * Previous Customer Service experience is desirable * Previous Golf experience is desirable * Must have a valid Driver’s License *Essential Responsibilities* * Assist with opening and closing procedures for the Golf Shop * Assist in checking in golfers in the POS and Tee-Sheet reservation system * Assist with oversight of Outside Golf Services staff to ensure the highest quality of customer service is achieved * Assist in the selling of golf equipment, apparel and accessories in the golf shop * Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times * Maintains appearance of golf shop. *Benefits* * Golf privileges * Discounts at proshop and FB outlets Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $13.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Ability to Commute: * Fairhope, AL (Required) Work Location: In person
