Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with lounge bays as needed
- Manage reservations and coordinate bookings
- Provide high-quality guest services, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge space
- Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Support other resort activities as needed, including guest engagement initiatives
- High school/GED required
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Experience in events management and conflict resolution
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling proficiency with attention to detail
- Background in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Previous simulator and golf experience is a plus
- Korean-speaking is a plus
