Key Attributes Required

• Must have the availability to work midweek and weekend shifts ranging between 5.30 am and 8.00 pm
• A genuine passion for customer service and golf
• Experience with product sales and cash handling
• Valid NSW driver's license, as well as own transport
• Strong communication skills
• RSA competency card is essential

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Check all tee booking sheets & booking comments to ensure guest requests are met
• Operate Golf Carts/Drink Carts
• Assist with Outside Golf Cart Service
• Deliver a professional and exceptional service to our members and guests
• Ensure all golf information is correctly advised on check-in to guests
