Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing information about course features, events, and amenities to enhance their experience
- Manage tee times, reservations, and walk-in bookings efficiently to maximize course flow and guest satisfaction
- Assist with organizing and supporting golf tournaments, special events, and recreational activities on-site
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of golf carts, equipment, and common areas to uphold high standards of presentation
- Handle cash transactions accurately for merchandise sales, food service orders, or event registrations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly through effective conflict management and exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles within resort or recreational settings is preferred
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in a fast-paced setting
