Golf Services Management, operators of the Pakenham Golf Course, have several exciting opportunities to join the Golf & Hospitality team.
The Role :
You will be working in the golf shop, café, and bistro areas performing customer service operations.

The Role :
You will be working in the golf shop, café, and bistro areas performing customer service operations.
Responsibilities will include :
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to generate good rapport with customers;
- Operating a Point of Sale system;
- Taking and maintaining golf bookings;
- Daily tee time coordination;
- Produce sensational coffees;
- Taking orders and serving meals;
- Assisting with the replenishment of retail stock;
- Completing daily tasks;
- Strong work ethic;
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work weekends and other peak periods;
- Must hold a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
Experience within a similar role will be highly regarded, but full training will be provided. You will have :
- Understanding and knowledge of golf;
- Understanding of timesheet bookings will be highly regarded;
- Experience in café & bar operations;
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide quality service to a diverse range of customers;
- Proactive and energetic nature;
- Ability to work within a small team.
This role will include weekend and public holiday work.
