Your role is vital in maintaining the overall experience and satisfaction of our members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Work effectively within a team management structure.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Members and guests.
- Ability to follow opening & closing procedures.
- Administrative duties as assigned by Head Professional.
- Responsible for daily general shop duties; merchandising, and event promotion.
- Experience working a point of sale systems, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ideally, you will also have previous golf experience.
- This is a seasonal position.
- Must be able to work through the fall.
