PURPOSE AND NATURE OF WORK
Position involves clerical and sales work and is responsible for selling merchandise, renting equipment and lockers, collecting green fees, record keeping, and related public contact work. Incumbent issues golf carts, collects green fees, keeps records of appointments for golf lessons, assigns starting times, answers telephone, etc. Incumbent will be required to work weekends.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from high school, experience as a sales clerk, and knowledge of the rules and etiquette of golf; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
TYPE OF EXAMINATION
Examination will be a multiple-choice test.
