Provides exceptional customer service to all golf patrons
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Answers the telephone and provides information on tee times and other golf course information Conducts all facets of reservation procedures set up tee times, to include, but not limited to, handling incoming fees, credit card charges, refunds, and deposits using computerized system Sells and promotes golf store merchandise, assists with inventory restock merchandise Maintains accurate records and filing system Assists in preparation and operations during events Assists with grill and golf cart services as needed Ensures City financial policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Completion of two years of High School Thank you for your interest in the position
