- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain accurate stock levels by monitoring inventory and restocking shelves as needed.
- Tee sheet and pace of play management.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the pro shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Assist in supervising staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize basic math skills to manage cash handling and register functions effectively.
- Communicate effectively with customers, utilizing phone etiquette when necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
- Basic math proficiency to handle retail transactions accurately.
