Overview
Tam-O-Shanter Country Club is an 18-hole, private facility in West Bloomfield, Michigan. With a live, vibrant, and active membership of 325+, we focus on providing the highest level of service to all. Duties include greeting guests, member relations, and maintaining a positive and team-oriented work attitude. This role will also include working with the golf shop merchandise and must have knowledge of special orders, golf shop merchandise and the various vendors we carry to provide overall support to the members and their guests.
Part time/Seasonal (April-September)
Rate of pay- $13.00 – 17.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Shifts Needed:
- Day Shifts
-Evening Shifts
-Holidays
-Evening Shifts
-Weekends
Experience Required
Detail oriented individuals with quality work ethic, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of service to all members and guest, going above and beyond to exceed expectations and enhance their golf experience
- Engage and welcome all members and guests upon arrival with personality and communication skills
- Work directly with the golf professional staff in executing day-to-day operations
- Assist the golf professional staff in receipt and display of merchandise
- Assist the golf professional staff in executing and maintaining the visual display of the golf shop
- Assist members and guest by facilitating sales in the golf shop and providing the highest level of customer service
- Other duties deemed as necessary
- Meals while on duty
- Playing and practice privileges on Mondays when available
- Uniforms provided
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
