Position Overview Sea Pines Country Club is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Golf Shop Attendant to join our Golf Operations team. This position will support the daily operation of the Golf Shop while assisting the Merchandising Manager with maintaining an organized, clean, and professional retail environment. Responsibilities · Work approximately 40 hours per week, typically Wednesday through Sunday. · Typical schedule will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. · Assist with the day-to-day operation of the Golf Shop, including: Managing the tee sheet and assisting with tee-time operations Operating the POS system and processing member and guest transactions Assisting members and guests with general Golf Shop needs Answering phones and providing professional customer service · Assist the Merchandising Manager with: Maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout the Golf Shop Applying product stickers and pricing Developing product knowledge Assisting members with product selection and purchases Supporting sales and overall retail presentation · Perform other Golf Shop and Golf Operations duties as assigned. Qualifications · Strong customer service and communication skills · Professional appearance and positive attitude · Reliable and dependable · Comfortable working in a fast-paced, member-focused environment · Basic computer and POS system skills · Golf knowledge and/or Golf Shop experience preferred, but not required What We Offer · Full-time, hourly position · Approximately 40 hours per week · Full Club Employee Benefits Package · Opportunity to work in a professional, member-focused golf environment #SPCC
