The Golf Cart Attendant provides cart services and various customer service functions to ensure smooth golf operations and optimal customer service.
[*]Assists with daily maintenance of the course’s driving range, including tee placement, picking, restocking and cleaning of golf balls, collecting ball baskets and assuring accuracy of posted yardage signs.[*]Monitors and maintains pull carts and motorized carts, including staging for customer usage, instruction of use, cleaning and reporting repair needs; cleans and maintains cart barn and ensures proper opening and lock-up procedures for cart security.[*]Restocks guest supplies (tees, scorecards, comment cards); replenishes sand bottles and water containers on the course. [*]Assists with tournament and event set-ups on the course.[*]Assists Professionals with recommendations regarding course conditions, policies and procedures and related activities to ensure course safety and customer satisfaction.[*]Performs all other related duties as requested or assigned.

Education and Experience
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service skills
- General knowledge of golf play and course lay-out
- Ability to safely operate golf cart and instruct on its usage
- Golf carts
- Computer and other office machines
- Tractor and other course maintenance equipment and tools
Mental Effort
- Significant contact with the golfing public
- Varying periods of walking/standing/picking up golf balls or debris
- Lifting/replacing 50-pound water containers
- Walking/riding course and outlying areas
- Course and outlying areas, occasionally in inclement weather
