Essential Functions Proshop Attendant:

• Excellent customer service skills and abilities.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and golf operations.
• Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.
• Schedule tee times for Members and Guests.
• Sets up advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
• Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise.
• Obtains merchandise requested by customer or receives merchandise selected by customer.
• Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
• Totals price and tax on merchandise purchased by customer to determine bill through the POS system.
• Accepts payment and makes change.
• Wraps or bags merchandise for customers.
• Cleans shelves, counters, or tables.
• Removes and records amount of cash in register at end of shift.
• Calculates sales discount to determine price.
• Assist with cart duties – Not limited.
• Serve food and beverage items to Guests.
• Ensuring uncompromising levels of cleanliness as well as protecting the assets of the property.
• Communicate need of supplies to the Head Golf Pro and Clubhouse Manager.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
