Job includes but not limited to:

• Opening and closing building for business operations
• Assist customers in the shop by providing product information and recommendations
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions for Golf, Driving Range, Rentals and Shop Items
• Answering phone calls, assisting customers with inquiries and tee time bookings
• Assisting with leauges and tournaments
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
• Restock shelves and ensure inventory is properly displayed
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concern

Requirements

• POS/ Computer knowledge
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Golf experience and knowlege is perferred
• Available to work weekends and evenings

Qualifications and Skills

• Multitasking
• Quick evaluation and decision making
• Team player with a positive attitude

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service (1 year+ perferred)

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
