We are seeking talented and proactive individuals to fill our customer service positions either in full time or casual capacity. The successful applicants will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in throughout our golf stimulators, Bar and Café Kiosk and retails shop. They will be multi-skilled across these areas creating a flexible and dynamic service team which provides work variety and stimulation. These roles demand hospitable and energetic personalities that enjoy working in a lively and fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Processing bookings and wait time management
- Briefing new customers on the facilities and technology to enhance their experience.
- Basic troubleshoot of golf stimulators when customers are having issues
- Basic level of maintaining the facility’s tidiness to ensure a welcoming and pleasant experience
- Basic level of stimulator equipment maintenance to minimise downtime
- Processing Food & Beverage orders through POS system.
- Preparation of an array beverage & cafe products in a consistent and high standard.
- Delivering food & beverage products to customers throughout the venue in a timely manner.
- Regularly clearing & cleaning customer areas.
- Re-stocking and cleaning service areas.
- Building strong customer relationships and communication of venue offerings and promotions
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Hold current certificates in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Food Safety Handling.
- 2-3 years FOH experience
- Passionate and enthusiastic individuals who live and breathe good times.
- Energetic, outgoing individuals who thrive in a customer-centric environment.
- Team players who enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive setting.
- Service-oriented professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
- Passion for Sport, Recreation and/or Food & Beverage.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Golf experience/knowledge would be desirable but not essential
- Must be able to work evening and weekend
