Are you friendly, dependable and love working indoors? Join our team as a Miniature Golf Attendant and help guests have a fun and memorable experience on the green!
Essential Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Handle admissions rentals and cash register transactions.
- Explain course rules and provide basic instruction as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the course and surrounding area.
- Monitor course activity to ensure safety and flow of play.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor guest concerns.
- Restock supplies and report maintenance needs.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous experience in recreation, hospitality or customer service.
- A positive attitude and teamplayer mindset.
