Description
Responsibility of this part-time 15-35 hours per week position is to greet the public, accept payment for product and services and inform golfers to course policy and procedures.

Responsibility of this part-time 15-35 hours per week position is to greet the public, accept payment for product and services and inform golfers to course policy and procedures.
Examples of Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service to the golfing public
- Check golfers into the point of sale system
- Be responsible for sales of golf merchandise and food and beverage items
- Be responsible for clubhouse appearance and areas surrounding the golf shop
- Ensure golf carts are ready for players and maintained in a clean manner
- Start golfers onto the course, monitoring course pace of play
- Enforce golf course rules and regulations and additional duties as assigned
- Ensures driving range is stocked, cleaned and prepared
- Ability to learn computerized point-of-sale system
- Ability to uphold course policy and procedures in a firm, consistent manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
- Knowledge of the game of golf and golf equipment
- Must be willing to work some of the following: early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be punctual for all work shifts
- Must be professional in appearance
