- Oversee daily operations in a supervisory role, leading the customer service team from hiring, scheduling, training, and ongoing leadership.
- Manage daily 'tee sheet' of simulator bookings, lessons, fitting sessions, etc.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience/ service in accordance with Prime Golf best practices and work to implement improvements when/ where possible.
- Conduct lessons and instructional sessions, adhering to PGA of Canada standards and guidelines as well as incorporating Prime Golf systems.
- Working with ownership to improve golf shop and retail operations.
- Assist in the creation of Junior/Youth programming, like Spring Break and Summer Camps.
- PGA of Canada member in good standing
- Either Class 'A' status, or Apprentice with at least 2 year's experience
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of working with a diverse group of students
- Experience using Trackman and/or other high-end launch monitor(s)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment /pro shop /food & beverage would be an asset
- $22.50 - $28.50 hourly wage for shop time - dependent on experience, qualifications, & role
- 65% of lesson revenue (negotiable)
