About Us

The Turn Indoor Golf is Camp Hill’s premier indoor golf simulator lounge, featuring Trackman-powered simulator bays for players of every skill level. We’re looking for a part-time associate who's reliable, tech-comfortable, and ready to help create a great experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage reservations, and check in players for their simulator bays
• Open and/or close the facility per scheduled shifts, including basic cash/POS procedures and securing the space
• Set up and operate Trackman simulator technology for guests
• Offer basic golf tips and troubleshoot simulator/software or AV issues as they come up
• Keep bays, lounge, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for the next group
• Process point-of-sale transactions for bay time, memberships, and merchandise
• Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for golfers of all experience levels

Qualifications

Required

• Comfortable with technology and able to troubleshoot basic AV/software issues
• Able to work opening and/or closing shifts independently
• Strong customer service, communication, and people skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Preferred (not required)

• Golf experience — as a player, instructor, or industry employee
• Prior experience using a Trackman simulator
