Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Recognize and celebrate team successes to foster guest loyalty and maintain a positive attitude.

• 
  Promote teamwork by taking responsibility for personal actions and celebrating team achievements.
• 
  Assist with retail operations, including merchandise check-ins, inventory, performance monitoring, and displays, using sales techniques to boost sales and satisfaction.
• 
  Maintain effective communication with staff regarding course operations and HR issues; suggest improvements through appropriate channels.
• 
  Contribute to team efforts and achieve related results as needed.

Education:

• 
  High School Diploma or GED
