Golf Shop Associate *Oyster Reef Golf Club – Hilton Head Island, SC* *Full-Time or Part-Time* Oyster Reef Golf Club is seeking a friendly, service-oriented *Golf Shop Associate* to join our team in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys golf, working with people, and providing an exceptional experience for members and guests. The Golf Shop Associate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the golf shop, including welcoming golfers, checking in players, handling merchandise sales, answering questions, and supporting the golf operations team. Key Responsibilities * Greet members and guests and provide friendly, professional service * Check in golfers and assist with tee time questions and reservations * Process golf fees, merchandise purchases, and other transactions * Answer phones and respond to general questions regarding golf operations * Assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining an organized and attractive golf shop * Provide information regarding course policies, events, tournaments, and daily operations * Communicate with outside golf operations staff to help ensure a smooth guest experience * Assist with tournaments, outings, and special events as needed * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming golf shop environment * Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Golf Qualifications * Previous golf, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred * Knowledge of golf and golf operations is a plus * Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with members and guests * Strong communication and customer service skills * Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team * Comfortable handling transactions and using point-of-sale systems * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Work Location: In person
