SUMMARY
The Golf Simulator Associate will report directly to the Director of Golf. This employee will be in charge of taking reservations, payment and helping Members, Homeowners and Guests get set up with their Trackman ID so that they can have an amazing indoor golfing experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Prior work experience with a ski resort, Nordic center, seasonal business and/or the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

- Ensure Tamarack Resort standards of service are always delivered.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, members, homeowners, and fellow employees
- Inspect and ensure integrity of equipment, reporting any deficiencies.
- Handle guest and customer requests with efficiency and good attitude.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Handle all equipment with respect and maintain a safe working environment.
- Work closely with trackman support if any issues arise in the software during use.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
