This position requires shifts during mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays with flexible scheduling available. *Responsibilities Include:* · Manage daily simulator operations, including reservations, check-in, and equipment checks before each session. · Welcome simulator guests and explain equipment use, game modes, course selection, and settings. · Keep simulator areas clean, organized, and ready for use; routinely clean and maintain bays, mats, screens, projectors, and launch monitors. Report technical issues to the manager on duty. · Enforce simulator rules, including proper equipment use, approved golf balls, and appropriate conduct. Resolve conflicts politely and professionally. · At closing, power down equipment, secure simulator areas, and lock golf shop doors, simulator bays, and the clubhouse. · Take responsibility for register transactions. Promptly and accurately charge all sales, inventory items, simulator rentals, leagues, and memberships; give correct change and issue receipts to every customer. · Follow all cash-control procedures taught in training. · Monitor golf shop merchandise supplies during your shift and notify the manager on duty when restocking is needed. · Keep the golf shop clean and organized. · Know and promote golf events, simulator leagues, lessons, and Academy programs. Represent Glencoe Golf Club and the Village of Glencoe positively; negative remarks are not permitted. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
