Job Description
• Promote the game of golf.
• Assist the Golf Professional in every phase of the golf operation.
• Spread hospitality and goodwill to the Members and their Guests.
• Responsible for golf shop cleanliness, golf shop displays and rotation.
• Assist the Golf Professional with inventory procedures including ordering, receiving, and monthly inventory counts.
• Assist with the promotion of merchandise sales, demo days and other events.
• Perform daily operations including booking tee times for members, point of sale transactions, and enhancing the member experience.
• Develop new ways of improving any part of the golf operation.
• Move into specific areas of responsibility as needed (Outside services, Ranger).
• Organize and oversee lost and found equipment and clothes.
• Aid in the organization and operation of weekly leagues, events and outside tournaments.
Experience Required
• PGA PGM Associate Program Level 3 or Member.
• Experience with Golf Genius.
• College degree preferred, High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Customer service experience. Expanded Golf Knowledge.
• Proven track record of team management, organizational and coaching skills.
• Experience with tee sheets and inventory systems. Recommended Skills
