Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our shop, providing support to customers and ensuring the smooth running of the store.
Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized shop environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Support sales efforts by recommending products and upselling when appropriate
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of products
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Proficiency in English is required; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
