The Role
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Sefton Golf Course by assisting customers, maintaining course conditions, managing equipment and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties will include but not be limited to:

The Role
You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Sefton Golf Course by assisting customers, maintaining course conditions, managing equipment and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Serve as first point of contact for customer enquiries and transactions, ensuring service standards and performance objectives are achieved.
- Perform cashiering duties including the use of the POS system, reporting and balancing.
- Ensure customer complaints and compliments are dealt with in a professional manner or escalated where required.
- Carry out other office duties such as phone enquiries, data entry, filing, photocopying, mail distribution, golf course bookings and supply management.
- General daily cleaning duties such as eating areas and toilets.

- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Working with Children Check
- Knowledge of the golf industry, including rules, handicap system, and equipment and golfing accessories.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience using a Point-of-Sale system, reporting and balancing and the ability to accurately handle and reconcile cash transactions.
- Administration experience and computer skills.
$34.86per hour
