Big Swing Golf, the ultimate indoor golf experience using state-of-the art simulators is looking for an enthusiastic assistant to assist with the running of our successful Woolloongabba venue.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has hospitality experience and enjoys interacting with people. (If you love golf, then that’s a massive bonus!)
You’ll be able to use these skills to ensure our clients have a great experience in the venue.
You will need strong attention to detail and efficiency; have the ability to think laterally, be well organised and able to work autonomously.
You will have a strong desire to learn, take ownership of the position & to make a difference. Have a positive and proactive attitude as well as excellent communication skills
This is a full-time position, and the successful applicant will have flexible availability to work weekends, evenings and weekdays - evening shifts are a must (approx. 2-3 per week).

Key responsibilities include:
Increasing revenue through functions, along with social hire, competitions and league
Greeting, inducting and hosting groups/individuals with their simulator bookings.
Creating content and promoting the venue on our socials
Activating Head Office promotions
Ordering and restocking food & beverages
Maintaining the simulators to the highest standard
Retail golf sales in Drummond Golf Woolloongabba (as required)
Knows what it takes to ensure our clients have a great experience
Enjoys a team-based environment.
Truly believes that the customer always comes first.
Has a current responsible management of licensed venues certificate (RMLV Manager) or willing to secure one.
Has a current RSA (or willing to secure one).
Has a passion for golf.
