Heidelberg Golf Club is an 18-hole, par 72 private golf club located in Lower Plenty. The club has over 1400 members and offers both golf and bowls to its members. The course consists of 18 holes, two practice fairways, large practice putting green and short game area. The course has Santa Ana fairways and poa greens. The club has recently completed a full Golf Shop renovation incorporating a Trackman 4 simulator facility which includes Sam PuttLab and BodiTrak.

Key Attributes

• Excellent personal presentation with punctual positive attitude.
• Computer and POS literate.
• Great work ethic, with the willingness to be part of a team environment.
• Knowledge of golf and golf equipment desirable.
• Availability to work a flexible roster which will include some weekends and public holidays.

Duties & Responsibilities- Including but not limited to;

• High level of customer service for all members and guests.
• Retail and merchandising.
• Managing member and social golf tee times whilst monitoring dress standards
• Maintaining the Golf Shop to a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation.

This position is responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service in order to maximise member and guest satisfaction. A willingness to work and an enthusiastic attitude are important.

The successful applicant will benefit from full use of the clubs’ facilities including course, practice facilities and simulator. Complementary lunch from the club’s bar/restaurant will also be available.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.33 – $30.00 per hour
