Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert golf instruction and coaching to guests of all skill levels
- Conduct private lessons, group clinics, and golf schools
- Assist with golf club fittings and equipment recommendations
- Organize and lead golf events, tournaments, and outings
- Assist in the daily operations of the pro shop, including merchandise sales and customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with members, guests, and golf associations
- Stay updated on industry trends and golf instruction techniques
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable golf environment for all players
- PGA or LPGA membership
- Extensive experience and proficiency in playing golf at a high level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to provide high-quality golf instruction
- Strong knowledge of golf rules, techniques, and equipment
- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proven track record of professionalism and integrity in the golf industry
