Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering incoming phone calls and email tickets about golf cart (PTV) and off-road vehicle (ORV) technical issues and product support across all Nivel B2C and B2B specialty vehicle channels.
- Assists with confirming proper fitment for customer needs to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Partners with the Customer Care leadership team, engineering, and other departments as required to achieve a timely resolution for any product or quality concerns that arise, driving a one contact resolution experience for Nivel SV customers.
- Drive repeat business by providing customers with an exceptional experience.
- Assists internal customers with product questions and issue resolution.
- Effectively manages time and ensures ready and available to answer calls and Zendesk tickets to reduce wait time and abandoned calls for Nivel customers.
- Strong product and industry knowledge.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and service manuals.
- Capability of providing outstanding internal and external customer service.
- Working knowledge of major PTV and ORV brands highly desired, or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven relationship-building, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and effectiveness in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to understand and draw conclusions from data presented by customers and fellow employees.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associates/ Technical Degree or 3-5 years related experience preferred.
