The Position Summary
As a member of our Glasgow Hills Golf Operations team, you will be first point of contact, interacting with members and guests, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our mission statement is delivered to every member and guest.
The Position Expectations (not limited to)
· Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

· Ability to Learn and be Mentored
· Able to Multi-Task and be Adaptability
· Work within a fast passed environment, which requires extended periods of time on your feet and some lifting (maximum 30lbs)
The Position Summary
· Proactive and focused on delivering exceptional service, while maintaining the high Glasgow Hills service standards.
· This position is a combination role, with the successful candidate working staggered shifts between the Golf Shop and Guest Services.
· In the Golf Shop you would be responsible to act as first point of contact for all members and guests,, answer all inquires, check-in golfers and sell merchandise, answer telephone inquires and complete booking, handle cash daily and balance after each shift, and maintain good communication with all areas of Golf Operations.
· As a Guest Services team member, you would be responsible to act as first point of contact for all members and guests, prepare/deliver golf carts, assist with golf clubs, washing/cleaning/parking of golf carts, driving range duties as required, and communication with all areas of Golf Operations.
· Responsible to complete all opening and closing duties outlined for the position.
· Periodically assist with the Starter/Player Assistant.
· Embody a positive attitude and desire to have fun at work.
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Salary: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
