Joondalup Resort is a complete leisure, corporate and tourism venue in the northern suburbs of Perth, with award winning facilities both on and off the golf course.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Golf Administrator.

You will be responsible for setting up golf bookings sheets and attend all booking enquiries.

THE ROLE

Responsibilities include, but not limited:

• Set up bookings sheets and attend to all booking enquiries
• Creating tee sheets in the booking system
• Provide the best customer service experience for our customers
• Assist in sales, customer service and merchandise training
• Work with the General Manager and other Proshop/Office staff to constantly improve the Proshop booking system.
• Annual scheduling - major renovations/ sunrise-sunset / competition
• rotation / international red days / public holidays
• Assist in corporate days
• Liaise with Club Secretary regarding Pennants obligations each year
• Liaise with Club Captain and President regarding major competition schedules each year

ABOUT YOU:

You must have a least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role within the golf industry.

You must have strong customer service skills and verbal and written communication skills.
