TITLE: Golf Shop Administrator
DEPARTMENT: Golf Operations
RESPONSIBLE TO: Head Golf Professional
ACCOUNTABLE TO: General Manager

The Golf Shop Administrator at Granite Golf Club is someone who wants to be part of an amazing team and build a culture we are proud of. We are seeking a highly personable and self-motivated individual to be the front line of the golf shop for our membership.

Our ideal candidate brings a variety of customer service skills and experience, is detail and service- oriented, and wants to contribute to a fun and rewarding working experience within our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Champion member experience though daily shopping, personal shopping, and custom orders.
• Ensure accuracy in all processes and member invoicing.
• Collaborate with Communications Manager for golf communications and social media.
• Management of inventory, leading audits.
• Instill pride, create passion, and provide support to seasonal shop staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Rich customer service background (minimum 2 years).
• Inventory experience is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of golf and golf merchandise is considered an asset.
• Effective computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Some college or university education.

SCHEDULE

• Full-time, year-round permanent position
• In season (April – October 31): Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
• Off-season (November 1 – April): Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm

SALARY

• Starting at $48,500.
• Annual bonus pay.
