Job Description:
At Druids Glen Resort, we are proud to offer two outstanding championship golf courses set in the heart of County Wicklow, delivering a world-class golfing experience. We are now seeking a motivated and professional Golf Administrator to join our Golf Operations team.




The Golf Administrator will support the smooth and efficient running of golf operations, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with a passion for golf, hospitality, and events.




Responsibilities:

Represent the Resort in a professional and positive manner

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experience

Support the Resort's mission, vision, and values at all times

Carry out any reasonable requests from the Management Team

Knowledge & Administration:

Maintain strong knowledge of all Resort products, services, and competitors

Demonstrate excellent understanding of both Druids Glen and Druids Heath golf courses

Be familiar with pricing structures, seasonality, and peak demand periods

Understand golf club committee structures and member relations

Confident use of tee-sheet and membership software systems

Ability to work independently and use initiative

Event & Tournament Support:

Assist in planning and organising golf events, tournaments, and social programmes

Liaise with committees and Golf Shop staff to ensure smooth event coordination

Support all administrative aspects of events, including F&B arrangements, prizes, and member communications

Ensure clear and professional communication with all stakeholders
