A day in the life…

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a permanent Full-Time Golf Administration Coordinator, to join our busy golf & sports team. You will have a variety of duties to keep you engaged & challenged. You will be customer driven, providing a consistent high standard of service to our members, guests, clients and public.

The Golf Admin Coordinator is responsible for the effective management and supervision of golf retail operations at RACV property. The role will actively contribute to the direction of the department, in line with corporate objectives. The role is responsible for ensuring that day to day operations is conducted in accordance with RACV standards and procedures and delivered to the required standard, maximizing revenue, and reducing costs through smarter ways of working.



We are looking for…
  • Experience in a similar role, in a golf course environment
  • Excellent knowledge + understanding of golf rules & etiquette and golf competition operations.
  • Understanding of selling, cross selling and up selling techniques.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and merchandising techniques.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Previous experience in a team leader/supervisor role in a retail outlet.
  • Desirable – café / barista experience
