Grove Mini Golf Activities Specialist

Grove Mini Golf is a family-owned putt-putt course seeking enthusiastic individuals who can help us create a fun, safe and customer-focused culture and facility for the whole family! We are looking for responsible and attentive individuals to join our team. Our Activities Specialists will be capable of the following:

• Greet guests upon arrival cheerfully
• Explain the course, and equip with putter, ball and scorecard
• Ensure each guest signs waiver before play
• Take orders and serve beverages and food items
• Ensure merchandise and equipment is kept neat, attractively displayed and sufficiently stocked
• Handle all aspects of sales and service including answering any questions the guests may have
• Performing shift opening and closing duties as assigned
• Operate register and received payments from customers in cash or credit, and accurately provide change
• Clean, sanitize and maintain cleanliness of facility and equipment

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Dependable, good work ethic, punctual, and reliable
• Must be 15 years or older to apply
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Schedule

• Day time or nighttime availability, must be able to work opening or closing shifts
• Looking for part time employees to start out but also have the maturity and drive to move into a full-time manager role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
