Golf Club Seeks NetSuite-Savvy Accountant! Are you passionate about numbers and love the game of golf? We've got the perfect opportunity for you! Our friendly golf club is looking for a skilled bookkeeper/accountant to join our team. We're not just talking about someone who can balance the books – we need a NetSuite operator who can drive our financial operations to the next level. What we're looking for: • A number-crunching enthusiast with a solid background in accounting • Two years + of experience with NetSuite ERP and five years + in total of accounting experience • Proficiency with POS systems, ideally in a golf club environment • Experience with Foreup golf management software is a big plus! • Someone who can effectively meet deadlines • A team player who can handle the occasional golf pun Your day-to-day will involve: • Managing our accounting environment, which includes Daily Reports, Weekly Cash Flows, Monthly Financial Packages for the Owners, Monthly Banking Reconciliations, and Annual Audit • Creating and maintaining financial reports, budgets, and forecasts • Streamlining our accounting processes using NetSuite's powerful features • Ensuring smooth integration between our POS systems, Foreup, and NetSuite • Analyzing POS data to provide insights on revenue streams and inventory management • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and club policies • Collaborating with various departments to improve financial visibility Other Requirements • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills • Fluent in English • Reliable Transportation to work • First-rate work habits, including a willingness to work the required hours to get the job done, especially under time constraints and deadlines that is conducive to this seasonal business. Benefits • Compensation is competitive and subject to experience • Hybrid work: From mid-April to the end of October, the selected individual can work remotely one day per week.
