General Manager Search — Semi-Private Golf Club, Central Florida




I'm working a confidential search for a General Manager at an established, member-owned semi-private golf club in Central Florida, located within a thriving 55+ active adult community.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a financially sound, mature operation with:

• Full oversight of golf operations, clubhouse restaurant, and member services
• A club that owns its own maintenance equipment, pro shop inventory, and golf fleet
• A balanced, healthy revenue mix between membership dues, F&B, and outside play
• A governance structure that gives the GM real operational authority — this isn't a club run by committee micromanagement

Ideal candidate:

• Proven GM or AGM experience at a private or semi-private club, ideally in a member-owned governance environment
• Strong F&B and hospitality leadership — this role owns the full member experience, not just the course
• Financial acumen to manage a real operating budget with capital equipment and facilities responsibility
• Someone who thrives with member relations in an active, engaged 55+ community
