Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Lodge and Golf Course and administrative operations
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction are maintained at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the Golf Pro and Lodge Supervisor to develop and implement promotional activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Experience in bartending, banquet, or restaurant management is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to restaurant operations
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
