β’ Direct all aspects of golf operations, facilities, and activities.
β’ Establish and oversee policies and procedures to support golf operations, sales, and marketing.
β’ Ensure the quality of products and services and maintain the safety and security of the resort.
β’ Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and foster community relations.
π€π¨ππππππππ§ππ’π‘π¦:
β’ Work experience of at least five (5) years in a senior management role, pre-opening experience and exposure in Asian markets is an advantage.
β’ College graduate of any 4-year degree course, or at least 10 yearsβ cumulative golf operations experience, in lieu thereof.
β’ Understands and can utilize the resources of PGA Engagement Programs such as PGA Coach, PGA Jr. League, and others.
β’ Proven experience in organizing and leading professional golf tournaments, including prestigious events such as PGA or European Tours.
β’ Familiarity with the operational standards, venue requirements, and logistics management necessary for high-caliber golf tournaments hosted at world-class golf courses.
