General Manager – Chip Shots Indoor Golf Club (Henderson, NV)

Chip Shots is Henderson's premier indoor golf and social destination — a full bar and restaurant paired with five state-of-the-art TrackMan simulator bays. We opened in 2026 and we're growing fast, with leagues, memberships, corporate events, and a loyal local following. We're looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help us become the best entertainment venue in the Las Vegas valley.

What you'll do:

• Lead daily operations across a full bar, full kitchen, and five simulator bays
• Hire, schedule, train, and develop the team — bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
• Manage labor and cost of goods to target; own daily cash handling and close
• Drive memberships, simulator bookings, leagues, and events
• Deliver a great guest experience and turn first-timers into regulars
• Partner closely with an engaged ownership team on strategy and growth

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years as a GM or AGM in food & beverage, hospitality, or entertainment
• Proven P&L responsibility — you understand labor %, prime cost, and profitability
• Strong bar and restaurant operations background (inventory, ordering, cost control)
• Hands-on team leadership experience
• A strong, accountable leader who communicates well and partners with ownership
• POS experience (Toast a plus); food and alcohol certifications or ability to obtain

Compensation:

• $60,000 base salary + performance bonus up to $25,000 (revenue, membership growth, and F&B sales) — $85,000 total earning potential
• Compensation grows with the business as the venue scales
• Nevada has no state income tax — your paycheck goes further here
