Job description: Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of 18 hole golf course, pro shop and food service departments - Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality customer service - Oversee bartending and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with alcohol serving regulations - Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed - Ensure food safety standards are followed in the kitchen and dining areas - Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction Skills: - Strong background in golf and customer service - Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Experience in bartending and beverage management - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Knowledge of kitchen management practices, including food safety and inventory control - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
