The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years management experience in the hospitality industry, with proven expertise in managing teams, outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
As the Manager, you will be responsible in overseeing the day-to-day activities, managing staff and maintaining high standards of food & beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and inspire a dedicated team of hospitality staff.
Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
Manage inventory, ordering and budgeting.
Hire, train and develop staff ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
Maintain high standards of food and beverage service, cleanliness and preperation.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure health and safety, good hygiene and licensing regulations are met.
Promote a positive workplace and team culture built on excellence.
At least 5 years of senior business management in hospitality, preferrably in food and beverage operations.
Strong experience in people management, rostering, training and performance.
Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, inventory control and cost management.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position.
Must hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
A competitive salary based on experience + super.
