General Laborer – Golf Course Maintenance Country Club of Jackson – Jackson, MI Position: General LaborerSeason: Fall Seasonal PositionHours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PMSchedule: Full-time or part-timeHours per Week: 20–40 hoursPay: Starting at minimum wageWeekend Requirement: Must be available to work at least one weekend day About the Position Country Club of Jackson is looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our golf course maintenance team for the fall season. No previous golf course or turf experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities * Backpack blowing tees and other areas of the golf course * Setting up the course for daily play * Picking up garbage and keeping the course clean * Repairing and filling divots * General course cleanup * Assisting the maintenance crew with various seasonal tasks * Other miscellaneous general labor duties as needed What We’re Looking For * Dependable and punctual * Willing to work outdoors in changing weather conditions * Able to perform physical tasks and stay active throughout the workday * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Must be available to work at least one weekend day Opportunity for Future Employment This position is primarily for the fall season, but employees who are a good fit and perform well will have the opportunity to return for the following season. No experience necessary — we will train you. If you’re dependable, willing to work, and looking for seasonal work outdoors, we’d like to hear from you. Applicant must have a valid Michigan drivers license. Pay: $14.00 per hour Work Location: In person
