An opportunity has become available for a junior sous chef to join our close knit and professional team due to an internal restructure of our kitchen brigade.
You will be working with a very professional and dedicated foodservice team. Our team are market leaders with an impressive reputation in the golfing and club industry.
We pride ourselves as being one of the leading private golf clubs in Western Australia, with a value enhancing Food & Beverage experience, unsurpassed facilities and a panoramic view to the city and the hills.
We offer an excellent work life balance with a flexible roster and great working conditions. Structured training and development with access to professional and personal development programs are also available to the right candidate.
Ideally the right candidate would be someone with at least 5 years full time cooking experience, a passion for good food, self-motivated and have a ‘can do’ attitude with a focus on producing consistently good quality dishes.
Mainly day trading shifts with the exceptions of Wednesdays and Friday’s nights and obvious functions demand.
The successful candidate would be comfortable working in a small team environment, able to take instructions, willing to learn, have a positive attitude, perform comfortably in fast-paced service periods and add value to the existing team.
If you are a qualified chef with relevant experience in equivalent job roles, or feel you have what it takes to step up to a junior sous chef role, have a great attitude, then we want to hear from you.
