Texas9 golf course is seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to support our golf course operations during the second shift. This position serves as a primary point of contact for members, guests, and visitors and is responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting with daily front desk and clubhouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Second shift, primarily afternoons and evenings. Availability for weekends and holidays may be required based on golf course operations.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

This position serves as a primary point of contact for members, guests, and visitors and is responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting with daily front desk and clubhouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members, guests, and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general questions, reservations, tee-time inquiries, and other requests.
- Assist with checking in golfers and directing guests to the appropriate areas of the facility.
- Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional front desk and reception area.
- Provide information regarding golf course services, clubhouse amenities, events, and policies.
- Assist with reservations, scheduling, and basic administrative duties.
- Communicate effectively with golf operations, clubhouse, food and beverage, and management staff.
- Monitor the front desk during evening hours and assist with end-of-day procedures as assigned.
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure closing responsibilities are completed accurately before the end of the shift.
- Previous receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable answering phones, using computers, and learning reservation or point-of-sale systems.
- Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work independently during evening hours.
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of golf is helpful but not required.
