Full job description
We are looking for reliable and friendly individuals to join our indoor golf training facility, conveniently located at 18 Robinson Road and OUE Downtown Gallery.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and maintaining a well-organised environment. Full training will be provided, no prior golf experience is required.

Punctuality is essential. Candidates who are frequently late will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in customers
• Assist with session bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
• Operate AI-based golf training systems and software (training provided)
• Perform basic maintenance of screens, sensors, and related equipment (training provided)
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and common areas
• Provide a brief orientation for first-time customers

Requirements

• Highly punctual and responsible
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented
• Able to commit to at least 3 weekday shifts per week
• Basic English communication skills
• No golf experience required (full training provided)

Working Hours

• OUE: 10:00 AM - 7.30 PM (Monday to Sunday)
• 18 Robinson: 12:00 - 6.30 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Minimum 3 days per week (preferably Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
• Minimum commitment period: 3 months

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $500.00 - $1,600.00 per month
